Juli Bollinger, MS

Senior Research Policy Analyst


Juli Bollinger, MS, is a Senior Research Policy Analyst at Johns HopkinsUniversity’s Genetics and Public Policy Center. As a genetic counselor, Juli has over 12 years of experience working in pediatric, prenatal, research, and commercial laboratory settings. During her tenure as a genetic counselor at Kimball Genetics, Inc. (Denver, CO), Juli also served as Manager of Marketing and Business Development. In 2005, Juli left the clinical arena and joined the Genetics and Public Policy Center at Johns Hopkins University. At the Center, and in her current position with the Berman Institute of Bioethics, Juli has participated in a variety NIH-funded public consultation projects designed to collect feedback on policy issues related to the impact of advances in genomic testing and research on clinical care. She received her BS in Biology and chemistry from Union College and her MS in Genetic Counseling from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
